Chassis number: SFAVXXBBAVMP83825 - First registered on the 18th March 1992 as a mk5 1.8L diesel van, the current owner and vendor informs us this example has been converted and fitted with a 2.0L mk5 Escort RS2000 engine and running gear with a stainless steel exhaust system, Mk5 RS2000 bonnet, genuine Escort Cosworth wheels and an Escort Cosworth fibreglass front end and, OBD port and smoothed door locks. Along with the exterior work and mechanical work, the interior has had the same treatment, consisting of re-trimmed mk5 RS2000 front seats with re-trimmed door cards to match, carpeted boot area with two 12" subwoofers built-in, electric windows and central locking. Benefitting from an MOT until October, the owner further informs us he has replaced the water pump recently and two new steering gaiters were also fitted. Showing on HPI as registered with DVLA as a 1.8L automatic diesel, this will require updating by the purchaser as necessary.
