1970 LANCIA FLAVIA 2000 COUPE
Registration No: ANM 485H
Chassis No: 820 031 *002985*

Guide Price: £8,000 to £12,000

The coupĂ© version of the Lancia Flavia returned with new bodywork revised by Pininfarina, first presented in March 1969 at the Geneva Motor Show. The engine increased to 2.0 L in capacity with a four-speed gearbox. The Flavia 2000 Coupe featured Dunlop brakes, 15" steel wheels, a metal radiator grille, and a raised intake grille on the bonnet. Then in 1971, after Fiat took control of the company, the "Flavia" badge was discontinued, and the model was replaced by the 2000 CoupĂ©.

This 1970 Lancia Flavia 2000 coupe is presented in white with black interior and burgundy carpets. It was imported from South Africa a year ago so does not suffer from the rust issues that affect most Lancias that have lived in the UK. The vendor describes the car as being in very good, useable condition.

The brakes, gearbox, and engine were all overhauled before the car was imported. It has recently been serviced and has had a new fuel pump and battery fitted. The 2-liter engine offers great performance for a car of this age, and the handling is very good. This is a beautiful, but useable example of a very rare car. Flavia 2000 coupes cost almost £3,000 in 1970, and there are less than 10 left on the road in the UK.

The car comes with a dating certificate from the Lancia Motor club and some original brochures.
