The late Mr Roger purchased this great little Austin 7 in 2001. The paperwork which comes with the car amounts to 2 A4 file boxes worth and there is a great deal of serious reading to be done. There are 5 copies of Pitmans Austin 7-8 dated from 1948 plus an original Big 7 handbook dated 1938, loads of old MOTs from 1993 and 5 recent service bills.
Auctioneers notes: This is a lovely little car. It is not Concours but very usable and priced to sell. The history file has a bill for just under £1000 for re-trimming the seats in leather and carpets etc carried out in 2001. Whoever buys this car will have a lot of fun.
